Stanford ADRC SPHERE
A synthetic, open-access twin of the Stanford ADRC cohort, explorable with SPHERE AI.
The Stanford Alzheimer's Disease Research Center is now openly sharing its SPHERE datasets — no IRB amendment, no data-use request, and no approval required. SPHERE is a proprietary privacy-preserving synthetic data generation method developed at Stanford; the release is a fully synthetic version of the ADRC cohort. SPHERE AI Agent turns plain-language questions into Python analysis, figures, and downloadable subsets, so clinicians and trainees can do real multi-omic research without writing code. Linear analyses reproduce the real cohort's associations to machine precision, non-linear structure is retained empirically, and re-identification risk stays at the trivial-baseline level.
